In its more than 20 years of existence, Ulticon Builders, Inc., headed by its CEO and President, Mr. Charlie Gonzalez of Davao City, has always believed that there is no shortcut to success; a principle that it also adheres to in every Farm-to-Market road project it undertakes. Every road project involves a conscious effort to abide by the standards set by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) and other relevant laws, while UBI’s teams of knowledgeable and skilled employees and engineers bring these plans to life through their hardwork and dedication.
UBI recognizes that the dream of having convenient farm-to-market roads or FMR’s connecting communities is a dream not only of a select group of individuals but of the country in general. These roads lead to better livelihood opportunities, faster and more viable means of communication and transportation and easier access to basic social services.
With these in mind, UBI, views every FMR project as an opportunity to bring the peripheries closer and help in the advancement of the conditions of the rural economy.
