In its more than 20 years of existence, Ulticon Builders, Inc., headed by its CEO and President, Mr. Charlie Gonzalez of Davao City, has always believed that there is no shortcut to success; a principle that it also adheres to in every Farm-to-Market road project it undertakes. UBI recognizes that the dream of having convenient farm-to-market roads or FMR’s connecting communities is a dream not only of a select group of individuals but of the country in general.
