Over the years, Ulticon Builders Inc. and owner Mr. Charlie Gonzalez has garnered many awards and certifications in various areas in the construction industry. Most of these awards are seemingly hard to get. Well in fact, it generally takes years and years of great effort and dedication to achieve some of these. Below are a few of the most recognized awards and achievements of UBI.

• ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Certifications
  The International Organization for Standardization or ISO is a managing organization that was established to provide quality and environmental management systems to industries worldwide.The ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 standards are accreditations that are issued to companies and businesses that meet or surpass the criteria set by the ISO. UBI was first granted their ISO certification on November 11, 2009

  The ISO 9001:2008 is a universally accepted standard for quality management systems, management responsibility, resource management, and how quality performance is measured, analyzed, and improved. This certifies that a company has met the customer objectives by providing consistent and high quality product or service. UBI was given this accreditation after a year and a half of rigorous staff training and thorough documentation.

• The standard ISO 14001 is an environmental management certification whose criteria are based on a standard of continual improvement. For UBI to achieve the certification, they have developed an ISO 14001-compliant environmental management system through a meticulous course of planning objectives, implementing processes, measuring and monitoring the procedures, and improvements on environmental impact based on the monitoring results.

• OHSAS 18001 Accreditation
  OHSAS 18001 is an Occupation Health and Safety Assessment Series for health and safety management systems. This is the best benchmark for occupational health and safety management. This is a certification that attests that UBI politics prioritizes its staff welfare and improve customer satisfaction through guaranteed safety measures.

• Zero accidents
  For over 20 years in the business UBI has never had an accident on field. Having a zero accident reputation takes great caution and precision at all times.

• Awarded Quadruple A company
